As a **Quality Systems Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the final assessment, authorization, and transition of outstanding Phenix records (Change Control, CAPA, and Deviations) to our innovative QualiPSO database, designed for effective quality management tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough Risk Assessments for newly established QualiPSO records.
  • Facilitate and lead discussions with relevant departments to ensure the accuracy and timely implementation of migrated Phenix Records.
  • Generate QualiPSO records for all pending Change Controls, CAPAs, and Deviations originating from Phenix.
  • Finalize and close the Phenix Records efficiently.

  • Exceptional organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient project management skills, including effective organization, time management, and data analysis.
