Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to commercial and residential landscaping clients, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our products and services to commercial and residential landscaping clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with landscape architects, civil engineers, architects, and designers
  • Support the network of distributors and resellers in the assigned territory and consolidate our presence in the market
  • Capture new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and meet the needs of business customers
  • Collaborate in the development of the business development plan by analyzing customer needs to maximize sales
  • Identify, prepare, and participate in promotional events
  • Conduct strategic intelligence of the competition

Requirements

  • Collegial diploma or Bachelor of Administration (relevant experience may be considered)
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales
  • Bilingual – Fluent in French and English (English is required to serve our clients in the United States)
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage projects with rigor
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Autonomy, proactivity, organization, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office suite)
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record (this position requires frequent travel)
