Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server at Chettinad Dosa Palace, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Billing and Payments: Present bills to customers and process payments through various methods including cash, credit or debit cards, and travelers cheques.
  • Wine Expertise: Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine selections and maintain inventory of wines and glassware.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet patrons warmly, present menus, and assist with inquiries regarding food and beverage offerings.
  • Order Management: Accurately take orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
  • Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to enhance the dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
