Server - Food and Beverage Services Professional

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Pinch of Spice. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers, ensuring prompt and attentive service.
- Menu Presentation: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Order Management: Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Customer Service: Greet patrons, answer questions, and provide assistance to customers with special needs.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, ensuring a well-stocked and organized environment.
- Wine Knowledge: Perform sensory evaluation of wines and maintain a thorough understanding of wine varieties and pairings.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on restaurant experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with overtime required.
