Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring they are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, ensuring we have the necessary supplies to meet guest demand.
  • Wine Knowledge
    • Perform sensory evaluation of wines to ensure they meet our quality standards.
    • Describe and advise on wine selection to guests, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food and beverage service role.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
