Project Coordinator Job Description

At Hall Constructors, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project managers with project costing, safety, and quality program implementation, scheduling, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers with preparation and execution of project plans and schedules.
  • Organize and maintain project site files and documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Track project quantities and provide monthly summaries for invoicing.
  • Liaise with consulting engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding contracts, change notices, and design revisions.
  • Prepare for and participate in project meetings, ensuring accurate and detailed meeting minutes.
  • Provide technical office support as required by the project team.
  • Maintain project compliance to cost codes and track change order implications.
Requirements:
  • 1 year minimum experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work in a team environment.
