Project Coordinator Job Description

At Hall Constructors, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project managers with project costing, safety, and quality program implementation, scheduling, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers with preparation and execution of project plans and schedules.
  • Organize and maintain project site files and documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Track project quantities and provide monthly summaries for invoicing.
  • Review subcontractor/supplier progress applications and payment certificates.
  • Liaise with consulting engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding contracts, change notices, and design revisions.
  • Prepare for and participate in project meetings with the project team, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical office support as required by the project team.
Requirements:
  • 1 year minimum of experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HCSS, MS Projects, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
