Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our project managers and ensuring the smooth execution of restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including quotes, invoices, and reports
  • Communicate with customers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of project records
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, as needed
Requirements
  • Administrative experience, preferably in a restoration or construction industry
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
