- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff.
- Contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 44 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
