TuttArctic Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-Builder PMIS Developer to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Project Management Information System (PMIS) software, aligning it with best practices and organizational needs.

As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including project managers, administrators, and technical experts. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from developing and implementing system configurations to providing training and support to users.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the e-Builder steering committee and end users to implement process improvements, data field modifications, report generation, form creation, and system integrations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on e-Builder functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user queries.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for e-Builder users at various skill levels.
  • Stay abreast of the latest e-Builder updates, releases, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and functionality.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our PMIS by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an e-Builder PMIS Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and software applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
