Job Title: E-Builder Developer

We are seeking an experienced E-Builder Developer to join our team at Tuttarvik Consulting Inc. in Iqaluit, Nunavut. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, developing, and administering the Project Management Information System (PMIS) software to ensure alignment with Government of Nunavut (GN) policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the e-Builder steering committee and end users to implement required account level creations or modifications, including processes, data fields, reports, forms, dashboards, and templates.
  • Assist and lead the development and implementation of the GN PMIS software e-Builder, aligning with GN policies and procedures.
  • Provide on-boarding and training of new users.
  • Participate in crisis management situations when e-Builder processes fail unexpectedly.
  • Provide mentorship and elevated support to GN e-Builder Admins.
  • Provide GN employees with phone or remote support using administration tools provided by the GN, with possible travel to communities outside of Iqaluit.
  • Communicate with e-Builder technical support and developers to resolve issues and request enhancement requests.
  • Communicate with the GN e-Builder Account Manager to discuss and execute e-Builder integration with GN software, customization options to align with GN policies and procedures, and future training.
  • Administer, maintain, and monitor E-builder.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years' experience implementing, developing, and administering the Project Management Information System (PMIS) software.
  • A post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of construction procurement strategies, practices, and considerable experience in managing consultant and construction contracts would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to understand Government workflows, processes, and approvals.
  • Knowledge of modern project management best practices and considerable experience in project delivery would be considered an asset.
