About the Role

The e-Builder Developer is a critical position within Tuttarvik Consulting Inc., responsible for ensuring the seamless implementation, development, and administration of the Project Management Information System (PMIS) software. This role requires a strong understanding of government workflows, processes, and approvals, as well as modern project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the e-Builder steering committee and end users to implement account-level creations or modifications, including processes, data fields, reports, forms, dashboards, and templates.
  • Assist and lead the development and implementation of the GN PMIS software e-Builder, aligning with GN policies and procedures.
  • Provide onboarding and training to new users, ensuring they are proficient in using the e-Builder system.
  • Participate in crisis management situations when e-Builder processes fail unexpectedly.
  • Offer mentorship and elevated support to GN e-Builder Admins.
  • Provide phone or remote support to GN employees using administration tools, with potential travel to communities outside of Iqaluit.
  • Communicate with e-Builder technical support and developers to resolve issues and request enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the GN e-Builder Account Manager to discuss and execute e-Builder integration with GN software, customization options, and future training.
  • Administer, maintain, and monitor E-builder.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience implementing, developing, and administering PMIS software.
  • A post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of construction procurement strategies, practices, and experience in managing consultant and construction contracts is an asset.
  • Ability to understand government workflows, processes, and approvals.
  • Knowledge of modern project management best practices and experience in project delivery is an asset.
