About the Role

Tuttarvik Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled E-Builder Developer to join our team. As an E-Builder Developer, you will play a critical role in implementing, developing, and administering the Project Management Information System (PMIS) software to ensure alignment with Government of Nunavut (GN) policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the e-Builder steering committee and end users to implement any required account level creation or modifications, including processes, data fields, reports, forms, dashboards, and templates.
  • Assist and lead the development and implementation of the GN PMIS software e-Builder that aligns with GN policies and procedures.
  • Provide on-boarding and training of new users.
  • Participate in crisis management situations when the e-Builder processes fail unexpectedly.
  • Provide mentorship and elevated support to GN e-Builder Admins.
  • Provide GN employees with phone or remote support using administration tools provided by the GN.
  • Communicate with the e-Builder technical support and developers to resolve issues and request enhancement requests.
  • Communicate with the GN e-Builder Account Manager to discuss and execute e-Builder integration with GN software, customization options to align with GN policies and procedures, and future training.
  • Administer, maintain, and monitor E-builder.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience implementing, developing, and administering the Project Management Information System (PMIS) software.
  • A post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline will be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of construction procurement strategies, practices, and considerable experience in managing consultant and construction contracts would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to understand Government workflows, processes, and approvals.
  • Knowledge of modern project management best practices and considerable experience in project delivery would be considered an asset.
