Compensation Overview:

$54,000 - $56,000 annually

Physical Demands:

Medium, involving the ability to handle loads ranging from 10 to 20 kg

Key Responsibilities:

Service Management:

  • Oversees restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to established service protocols
  • Identifies and implements enhancements to improve guest satisfaction

Guest Engagement:

  • Monitors guest interactions to align with service standards
  • Fosters customer loyalty and builds meaningful connections

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Provides mentorship and training for food and beverage team members
  • Conducts performance evaluations and identifies opportunities for professional growth
  • Encourages a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration among staff

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years in food and beverage, with prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Certifications in Serving it Right and Food Safety
  • Familiarity with computer systems such as Micros POS
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and motivating teams
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
