About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at EagleBurgmann Canada Inc. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing business by prospecting and securing opportunities and orders with new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Increasing business through the maintenance, development, and expansion of new and existing customers
- Proactively managing and planning all client contact and scheduling customer visits
- Selecting prospects based on knowledge of industrial sectors
- Preparing sales forecasts, estimate project budget quotations, and contracts for new customer projects and existing customer repair work
- Providing technical advice and product troubleshooting to EagleBurgmann technicians and customer end users in the field
- Handling customers' technical and commercial questions
- Maintaining a current list of customer names, contacts, actions, and requirements within the corporate CRM system (Office/SAP/C4C)
Requirements
- Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in the mechanical seal industry - sales position(s)
- Minimum sales experience of 3 years in the nuclear segment and knowledge of the Nuclear Norm 299.3
- Experience and knowledge of the norms API 682
- Deep understanding of mechanical seal supply systems sales/application, including experience in mechanical seal assembly, dismantling, and fitment, and technical drawing interpretation and preparation of sketches
- Experience with SAP C4C CRM software
- Availability to visit customers and travel as needed
What We Offer
- Eligible for discretionary and/or performance-based bonuses and/or salary increases in accordance with company policy

- Salary: $75,000 - $89,000 CAD per annum
