Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at OEB Breakfast Co. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our breakfast restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement efficient systems to manage food preparation, inventory, and supply chain logistics.
    • Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure high-quality food products are consistently delivered to our customers.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to achieve exceptional customer service and food quality standards.
    • Provide training and coaching to staff on food safety, sanitation, and customer service best practices.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and that customer complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of the restaurant.
    • Identify areas for cost savings and implement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Work Environment
