Position Overview: The General Manager in Training (GMIT) is designed to prepare individuals for the General Manager role. In this capacity, you will gain hands-on experience in store operations and management practices. The GMIT will oversee the store during their assigned shifts, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the store is ready for peak hours.
