Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
Your role will involve accurately and promptly managing all aspects of employee payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Schedulers at Dearest Home Senior Care are tasked with coordinating the master schedule between seniors and our dedicated caregivers.
This position requires balancing the needs of our seniors with the capabilities of our caregivers, utilizing excellent organizational skills and talents.
The Scheduler will keep the COO, CHRO, or Clinical Directors informed of all activities and functions within the organization.
Clinical Directors at Dearest Home Senior Care oversee daily operations, ensuring that all seniors receive the necessary care infused with love, respect, and professionalism.
For the Executive Team:
As the COO, you will oversee the daily business operations of Dearest Home Senior Care and communicate essential information to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Your role will be to serve as the eyes and ears of the CEO, who focuses on developing strategies for the growth of the organization.
As CFO, you will manage the financial operations of the company, including financial planning and oversight of financial statements.
Working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors, you will provide strategic financial advice to ensure accurate planning.
As CHRO, you will lead the Human Resources Department, focusing on training and development.
As CMO, you will direct marketing and communication efforts to promote public interest in our senior services through various channels, including graphics, commercials, social media, press releases, and advertisements.
