At KOKE TEPPANYAKI & BBQ, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory. You will also be expected to demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to our cooking staff, create new recipes, and instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food. Additionally, you will prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions, and arrange for equipment purchases and repairs. **Tasks:**

* Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
* Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to cooking staff
* Create new recipes
* Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food
* Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
* Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
* Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
* Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
* Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
