We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team at American Express Global Business Travel. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the customer onboarding experience, ensuring seamless implementation of regional and global projects, and fostering strong relationships with internal partners, teams, and third parties.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring scope and approach are aligned with stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement project work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive project performance, monitoring status, milestones, changes, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies.
- Lead the development and implementation of global test plans, ensuring successful E2E testing and documentation.
- Manage project closure, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in customer onboarding, project management, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of GBT and corporate travel, with a passion for working directly with customers and building strong relationships.
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead project teams, manage under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commercial awareness, strong relationship building skills, and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
