About the Role

Bunny Bay Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including coordinating with vendors, managing supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including coordinating with team members, managing timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment with a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail.
