About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing shelf availability through effective merchandising techniques, implementing and monitoring promotional activities, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising techniques
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales and merchandising experience, preferably in the grocery and/or box store industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collect and analyze data
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
