Job Summary:

Treeline, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for bringing on net new business and maintaining a book of business, focused on the concrete construction industry within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run a full sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach, running product demonstrations and closing business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the construction industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Treeline remains a leader in the sales recruiting and executive search space.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of Outside B2B sales experience within the Industrial or Construction space.
  • Familiarity with the concrete, cement, or admixture industry and ability to communicate on a technical level.
  • Ability to use a CRM to track and forecast all sales data.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the US and Canada is required.

Location: This is a field-based work environment where candidates must live in the Eastern Canada/Quebec region, with a preference for candidates based in the Greater Quebec City area and be willing to travel to meet clients throughout their territory upwards of 50%.

Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 CAD (base salary) and $100,000 - $110,000 CAD (total compensation).
