Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to join our team at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes that support business needs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Manage and develop the HR team to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver business results.
  • Ensure the effective use of HR systems and tools to support business operations.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualification level 7 or equivalent degree/higher qualification.
  • Proven experience in providing generalist HR support to a business.
  • Experience of working in a multi-site business and remote team environment.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
