**Swing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swing Manager to join our team at 2549097 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our food service operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless food preparation and service.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Logistics and Delivery: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Scheduling and Planning: Establish work schedules, balancing staff needs with operational requirements.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Availability: Must be legally able to work in Canada.
