The Office of the Registrar serves as the central hub for academic record management, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of student academic files. This office plays a vital role in supporting students, faculty, and the broader university community by addressing inquiries, enforcing academic policies, and managing updates to the academic calendar and course catalog.

The selected candidate will take on key responsibilities including:

  • Developing the academic timetable and exam schedules.
  • Overseeing registration processes for both students and faculty.
  • Generating a variety of academic reports and documents.
  • Preparing the annual Dean's List.
  • Addressing specific requests for information and data.

Additionally, the successful applicant will engage in the creation of new systems and assist in the rollout of innovative software solutions related to these functions. Effective communication with various stakeholders, including Deans, Chairs, faculty, and students, is essential for fulfilling these responsibilities.

This position is affiliated with the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 3131. The salary for this role is determined based on market-driven criteria.
