Job Summary

Cape Breton University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Analysis/Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time continuing position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and coordinate the academic timetable and exam schedules
  • Coordinate CBU registration processes for students and faculty
  • Produce a range of academic and other reports
  • Prepare the annual Dean's List
  • Respond to specific queries for information/data
  • Participate in the development of new systems related to these functions
Requirements

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
