Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Deliver knowledgeable technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to network, Internet, cable, satellite, digital phone, and computer issues.
- Engage with customers via electronic communication and phone to identify and document technical difficulties.
- Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues efficiently.
