About the Role

A dynamic architectural firm seeks an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team of professionals. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality technical standards are met through contract documentation and site visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract documentation for assigned territories, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with Partners and Project Architects to ensure technical standards are met.
  • Lead and monitor medium to large projects from construction to close-out, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Provide design feedback and anticipate design issues to suggest substitutions that meet design specifications.
  • Ensure high-quality drawings and documentation to reduce rework, errors, and omissions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve evolving design needs that meet budget and timelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Architectural Technologist or Bachelor of Architecture credentials.
  • CCCA training from the CSC or OAA registration.
  • Strong Revit skills and experience with Bluebeam and PM software such as Wrike.
  • Experience with cloud-based CCA software such as Rform.
  • Ability to travel to sites once per week and occasionally stay overnight (costs covered by the employer).
