Customer Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Enablement team at Clio. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional onboarding experiences to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver daily live strategy and training sessions, utilizing internal tools such as Zoom video, CSAT, and Salesforce to engage attendees.
- Identify and drive towards achieving customers' first value, setting them up for success and ensuring they realize Clio's total value for their firm.
- Take ownership of customers' entire Clio lifecycle, including setting them up for post-ownership window success.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Enablement to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transition into adopting our product.
- Manage multiple client cases simultaneously, adhering to associated tasks and deadlines.
- Owning customer account health with Clio's suite of products, mitigating risk through proactive churn prevention.
- Develop and maintain an expert understanding of Clio's suite of products and common workflows, as well as industry best practices based on our clients' area of law.
- A healthy customer obsession and focus on delivering exceptional client experience.
- A proactive mindset, constantly thinking outside the box to employ creative solutions where appropriate.
- Effortless communication skills, confident and sensitive to the needs of customers (internal and external) of all abilities.
- Comfort and confidence facilitating in-person live sessions through Zoom.
