Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

  2. Identify and pursue new business prospects within current accounts and potential clients.
  3. Lead the sales cycle, encompassing proposal creation, negotiations, and contract finalization.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Establish and sustain robust, long-term relationships with key clients throughout Canada.
  2. Act as the primary liaison for strategic accounts.
  3. Comprehend client requirements and objectives, crafting customized solutions to fulfill those needs.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  1. Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the successful delivery of services and solutions.

  3. Monitor and assess account performance, implementing strategies to enhance growth and profitability.

Financial Oversight:

  1. Manage account budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved or surpassed.
  2. Prepare and present financial summaries to senior management and clients.
  3. Analyze market trends and financial data to inform strategic business decisions.

Market Insight and Analysis:

  1. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape across Canada.
  2. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market evaluations.
  3. Engage in industry events and networking opportunities to bolster Aramark's visibility and reputation.

Client Satisfaction and Retention:

  1. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction are consistently met.
  2. Promptly address and resolve client issues and concerns.
  3. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  2. 7-10 years of experience in strategic account management and business development, ideally within the business and industry sector.
  3. Proven success in driving sales growth and managing key accounts.
  4. Strong financial insight and experience in budget oversight.
  5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  8. Willingness to travel across Canada as necessary.
