Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Formulate and execute strategic account initiatives to meet sales goals and stimulate growth across Canada.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects within current accounts and potential clients.
- Lead the sales cycle, encompassing proposal creation, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and sustain robust, long-term relationships with key clients throughout Canada.
- Act as the primary liaison for strategic accounts.
- Comprehend client requirements and objectives, crafting customized solutions to fulfill those needs.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the successful delivery of services and solutions.
- Align account strategies with overarching business goals and market dynamics.
- Monitor and assess account performance, implementing strategies to enhance growth and profitability.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage account budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved or surpassed.
- Prepare and present financial summaries to senior management and clients.
- Analyze market trends and financial data to inform strategic business decisions.
Market Insight and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape across Canada.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market evaluations.
- Engage in industry events and networking opportunities to bolster Aramark's visibility and reputation.
Client Satisfaction and Retention:
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction are consistently met.
- Promptly address and resolve client issues and concerns.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- 7-10 years of experience in strategic account management and business development, ideally within the business and industry sector.
- Proven success in driving sales growth and managing key accounts.
- Strong financial insight and experience in budget oversight.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel across Canada as necessary.
