Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance on labour relations matters to senior leadership and management teams.
- Develop and implement effective labour relations strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead collective bargaining negotiations and ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage and resolve labour disputes and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with union representatives and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changing labour laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
- Provide training and development opportunities to Labour Relations team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in labour relations.
- Proven track record of successful collective bargaining negotiations and dispute resolution.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
