About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Co-op student to join our IT Service Desk team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our employees, ensuring smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. You will gain valuable experience in troubleshooting technical issues, managing user accounts, and contributing to IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 user support for a variety of technical issues
  • Manage and follow up on ZenDesk tickets
  • Set up desktops, laptops, and mobile phones for new employees
  • Assist with the coordination of cybersecurity training campaigns

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a related program at an accredited post-secondary institution
  • Knowledge of poultry and meat processing is preferred

Working Conditions

This position is primarily office-based, with the possibility of visiting our production facilities for hands-on support. You will work in a collaborative IT environment, collaborating with other professionals to address departmental needs and user requests.
