Position Overview

The role of the Client Services Associate is to meet the membership sales objectives of the organization, enhance member retention, and deliver outstanding service to all clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating a friendly and inviting environment for all clients, visitors, staff, and volunteers.
  • Welcoming each client and visitor with prompt and courteous service, whether in person or via phone.
  • Providing precise information regarding memberships, facilities, programs, and services.
  • Handling administrative tasks and financial transactions with accuracy and care.
  • Striving to meet personal and team sales goals.
  • Executing all responsibilities of a Client Services Associate effectively based on workload and scheduling requirements.
  • Registering clients for memberships, programs, and services.
  • Addressing member concerns with care and directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of all clients by adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Exhibiting a proactive attitude and actively seeking to assist clients and visitors.
  • Maintaining daily records of membership accounts.
  • Performing routine administrative tasks.
  • Assisting the Membership Manager with regular audits.
  • Completing other duties as assigned by the Membership Manager.
Qualifications
  • A recent Criminal Reference Check (CPIC) issued within the last six months, with results acceptable to the organization.
