Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Professional to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our business banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Financial Advice
    • Provide expert financial advice to clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
    • Identify opportunities to offer additional financial products and services to clients.
  • Business Development
    • Contribute to the growth of our business by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
    • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement business plans.
  • Risk Management
    • Manage risks associated with client relationships, ensuring that all transactions are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor and report on client activity, identifying potential risks and taking corrective action as necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services role, preferably in business banking.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Knowledge of financial products and services, including business banking and cash management.
  • Education
    • Degree in a related field, such as business or finance.
