About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Associate to join our team at Philthy Phillys. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used and remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Food Handling: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Associate at Philthy Phillys, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Overtime may be required to meet business demands.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
