Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Financial Advisor, your primary role will involve:
- Facilitating meetings, conducting file assessments, and managing follow-ups
- Gathering customer referrals during in-office interactions
- Collaborating with team members to enhance agency operations
- Engaging potential clients to discuss risk management and financial aspirations
- Conducting client reviews to empower informed decision-making
- Identifying opportunities to align clients with suitable products and solutions for their financial health
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A post-secondary degree in business or a related field
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
Additional Requirements
- Ability to undergo a criminal record check
- Must be bondable
- Ability to pass a bankruptcy check and credit score assessment
- All information provided will be treated confidentially and used solely for evaluating the candidate's suitability for financially responsible roles.
Preferred Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Wealth Management products and regulations, including life insurance
- Possession or ability to obtain a Life and Mutual Fund license
- Possession or ability to obtain QAFP or PFA within 3 to 5 years
- Comfort with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office
