Your Role: As a key member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will collaborate with Financial Advisors to assist high-value clients in securing their financial futures and establishing their enterprises. In your capacity as a Financial Services Associate within the Imperial Service Team, you will deliver administrative and client support while identifying opportunities for business growth. Your ability to forge strong professional relationships will be essential in enhancing your clients' financial success. Flexibility to work during banking center hours, including evenings and weekends, is required, as is the willingness to assist at multiple locations within a reasonable travel distance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Utilize your expertise in cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to address client inquiries and provide valuable information. Collaborate with your Financial Advisor to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
- Problem Solving: Actively listen, ask pertinent questions, and empathize with clients' situations. Take ownership of client issues and know when to seek assistance from colleagues to find effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Prepare client documentation, schedule appointments, and manage calendars. Contribute to team success by enhancing productivity and proactively identifying business opportunities.
