Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Orient Services Limited. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling our products and services to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing solutions and recommendations to meet their requirements.
- Sales: Sell our products and services to customers, meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Merchandise Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that merchandise is displayed and restocked efficiently.
- Screening Questions: Ask customers a series of questions to determine their suitability for the role, including their availability, language proficiency, and previous experience.
- Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
- Language: Be fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Experience: Have previous experience in sales or customer service, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Education: Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.
