We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at WTC Burger Management Systems. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of service quality.
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate records of staff performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment
- Restaurant environment with a fast-paced and dynamic work atmosphere.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
