Golden Links Lodge Personal Care Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the well-being of our residents by providing nutritious meals and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Assist with preparing and serving meals according to established menus and dietary restrictions. This includes portioning food, setting up meal trays, and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed throughout the process.
  • Dishwashing and Kitchen Maintenance: Operate dishwashing equipment, maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Resident Care: Assist residents with dining needs, such as serving meals, offering beverages, and ensuring a pleasant and supportive dining experience.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to strict safety protocols, including proper handling of food, use of personal protective equipment, and reporting any potential hazards.
Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess a genuine passion for serving others and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred but not required. A willingness to learn and work as part of a team is essential.
