As an Assistant Department Sales Manager, you'll be a vital part of our team, supporting the Department Manager and driving success within your department.
Your Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs, offering expert advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Lead and motivate your team by sharing the company vision, fostering collaboration, and providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Drive sales performance by setting clear goals, implementing effective strategies, and monitoring progress towards targets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence within the department.
- Cultivate a positive and results-oriented work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
