Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Sales and Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales, and product knowledge to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen, advise, and offer exceptional customer service to our customers;
- Mobilize, coach, and empower the team by sharing the company and management team's vision;
- Ensure that objectives are met in the department by structuring and organizing the work to be done;
- Be the point of reference when it comes to applying standards and policies for the department, as well as in customer service;
- Create a selling and customer experience culture in my department;
- Support my Department Manager and ensure that instructions are respected in his/her absence.
