Job Description:
As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers. You will work closely with the team to achieve departmental objectives and ensure that our customers receive a world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services.
- Mobilize and empower the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Ensure that departmental objectives are met by structuring and organizing work effectively.
- Be a point of reference for applying standards and policies in customer service and sales.
- Create a selling and customer experience culture in the department.
- Support the Department Manager and ensure that instructions are respected in their absence.
