About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager Assistant to join our team at SAIL Outdoors. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide expert knowledge of our products and services to customers.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Support the Department Manager in their absence and provide backup coverage as needed.
