Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Sales Manager to join our team at SAIL Outdoors. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales, and product knowledge to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Mobilize and coach the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote the company's vision.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies, as well as customer service expectations.
- Create a sales and customer experience culture within the department.
- Support the Department Manager and ensure seamless operations in their absence.
