Position Overview:

The Ski School Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient operational processes, acting as a reliable team member who addresses both operational and guest-related requirements.

Position Details:

Anticipated Compensation: $24.00 per hour Work Schedule: Full Time Experience Level: Advanced

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all administrative functions of the Ski and Ride School, including procurement, data management, reporting, documentation, and communication with staff. Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process, which includes engaging in recruitment events, coordinating interviews, managing orientation, and overseeing training documentation. Administer payroll and timekeeping processes, ensuring accurate entries and timely resolution of discrepancies, while escalating issues to management as needed. Assist the Training Supervisor with reporting, tracking, and scheduling tasks. Provide training to supervisors and the administrative team on payroll systems and procedures. Ensure the Ski and Ride School business office is organized and maintained in a clean and orderly manner. Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters while upholding confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required; some college education is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role is preferred. Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications. Must possess fluent communication skills in English.

The anticipated compensation for this position is $24.00 per hour. This range reflects the expected pay for this role, with individual compensation determined by various factors.
