About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ski Equipment Technician to join our team at Testing four company. As a Ski Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest quality of ski and snowboard rentals, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver ski and snowboard rentals to customers' accommodations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic ski tuning, waxing, and general maintenance of equipment to ensure it is in excellent condition.
  • Shop Operations: Assist with packing orders, restocking vans with extra equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Previous Experience in Ski or Snowboard Industry: Preferred
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Essential
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required
