Job Summary:
Vail Resorts is seeking experienced and certified ski and snowboard professionals to join our team as instructors. As a member of our ski school, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality instruction to guests of all ages and abilities, providing exceptional guest service in a safe and fun environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels
- Deliver world-class guest service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests
- Create a safe and engaging learning environment, adapting instruction to meet the needs of each guest
- Support ski school operations, including scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
- Provide constructive feedback to guests, inspiring a lifelong passion for skiing and snowboarding
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
Requirements:
- Minimum CSIA/CASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
- Commitment to meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards
- For candidates under 19, submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire
