Job Summary
Share your passion for skiing and snowboarding with guests of all ages in a breathtaking mountain setting. As a Certified Professional Instructor, you'll deliver exceptional ski/snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide engaging group and private lessons tailored to diverse skill levels.
- Deliver world-class guest service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for all.
- Cultivate a safe and fun learning environment that fosters confidence and progress.
- Contribute to the overall success of the ski school by assisting with various tasks, such as equipment fitting, lift operations, and lunch facilitation.
- Offer constructive feedback that inspires guests to become lifelong skiers and riders.
Job Requirements
- Minimum CSIA/CASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent.
- Fluency in English communication.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Successful completion of training and demonstration of proficiency in skiing/snowboarding, guest service, and safety standards.
Additional Requirements for Hires Under Age 19:
- Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire.
